Stephanie Reardon
Stephanie's foundation of real estate experience began in 1985 as a commercial real estate professional specializing in office leasing, construction management and property management, representing portfolio's of large institutional investors as well as individual building owners. The transition to become a residential realtor in 2002 was a smooth progression which utilized the keen negotiating skills, and strong management skills developed in her 17 years as a commercial specialist.
As a consistent top producer representing both buyers and sellers, Stephanie's extensive broadbased experience, and strong professional work ethic provide an edge in guiding clients through the dynamics of today's real estate environment. She is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients and committed to helping them realize their real estate goals.
Stephanie represents both buyers and sellers in the Wilton, Ridgefield, Redding, Weston and Norwalk markets. She is Wilton resident and mother of two in the school system. Active in many community endeavors, Stephanie especially enjoys her involvment in community events that have benefitted Wilton's A Better Chance Foundation, The Trackside Teen Center and Habitat for Humanity.
